The Role
You will be responsible for designing the user experience for our customer-facing applications, including our customer portal and mobile app. You will work closely with our developers to create a product that is not only functional but also beautiful and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design high-fidelity mockups and UI components.
- Create and maintain a design system.
- Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile.
- A good understanding of user-centered design principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a startup.
- Experience designing for a technical product.
